Fun & Education Request Form

We serve children placed in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, Island, and San Juan Counties if funding is not covered by another program and is available.

1. Child must be in a state dependency to qualify for support

2. Funding is limited and we are not always able to grant each request

3. There is no guarantee an application will be approved

4. Notification of approval within two weeks

5. Yearly limit of $300 per foster child if available
